• Billing & payment: Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Annually in advance at the time of ordering; one-time charge and payment equivalent to the first quarter are payable.
• GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is additionally payable on all one-time and recurring charges; any other government levies will be borne by the customer.
• This is a complete prepaid service — payment must be made before the due date.
• One static IP will be provided on PPPoE mode.
• Customer may use their own router; a Multi-WAN router can also be provided on payment.
• Minimum one-time charge (OTC) is ₹10,000 for every CBB case; rest subject to discussion and approval.
• Link delivery timeline within 3 days (T&C apply). Negotiation possible on bulk orders.
